Client Background
One of the UK’s largest public sector authorities, managing a contingent workforce of over 15,000 and a budget exceeding £150 million. Empowering HR transformation with SAP SuccessFactors, the client aimed to modernise operations, boost workforce efficiency and enhance system resilience. The organisation selected SAP SuccessFactors to replace its legacy HCM and payroll systems, with a phased go-live.
Challenge
The authority faced a critical need to prepare process owners, change leads and key business users for the transition to SAP SuccessFactors. Additionally, the minimal exposure to SAP’s latest HR cloud solution and limited internal competence created a ‘fear of the unknown’. The team required a strong foundation in system navigation, terminology and core modules to actively participate in design workshops and collaborate effectively with their system integrator.
